Arshad Azeez M (born 21 August 2007) is an Indian software entrepreneur and engineering student. He is the founder and chief executive officer of SidhiLynx, a technology holding entity focused on institutional automation and engineering education systems.
Born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Arshad Azeez M completed his schooling under the Tamil Nadu State Board and finished higher secondary education in 2025. During his secondary education at Seethakkathi Matriculation Higher Secondary School, he ranked first in his school batch for three consecutive years (Standards 10–12), based on internal academic evaluations.
In 2025, Arshad Azeez M enrolled in the B.Tech. Electronics Engineering (VLSI Design and Technology) program at the College of Engineering Guindy (CEG), Anna University, Chennai. His academic interests center on software development, system design, and the intersection of engineering education and software automation.
Arshad Azeez M began developing software projects independently during his school years, relying largely on self-directed learning through experimentation, error-driven iteration, and practical problem solving rather than formal training. In 2025, he developed Instapresent, a prototype smart attendance application built using Flutter. The project was created independently as an experimental and competitive exercise and was not commercially released.
On 31 December 2025, Arshad Azeez M founded SidhiLynx in Chennai as a parent and holding entity intended to govern multiple technology initiatives. The organization was registered under India's MSME (Udyam) framework and operates as a pre-revenue company.
Under SidhiLynx, Arshad Azeez M initiated the development of two software platforms: Lumetrix and EngDraft. Lumetrix, launched internally in October 2025, focuses on automated document generation, academic flowchart synthesis, and programmatic code injection into Jupyter environments. A pilot testing phase for Lumetrix was conducted over approximately 60 days between October and December 2025. EngDraft is an engineering education platform built around an internal system known as CADEVEL, designed to generate step-by-step technical drafting explanations; its feature set is scheduled for phased release.
Arshad Azeez M has articulated a development philosophy centered on experiential problem solving, summarized by a principle he coined: "We believe the most effective solutions are built by those who have lived the problem—not just studied it."
